Euro Dual Pricing vs Libautech: Currency Converterfor Shopify (2026)
Euro Dual Pricing and Libautech: Currency Converter both target Shopify merchants requiring currency conversion, but they serve distinct needs. Euro Dual Pricing is laser-focused on Bulgarian merchants complying with the 2025 Euro adoption laws. Its strength lies in its specific implementation of BGN to EUR conversion using the official rate and adherence to legal display guidelines, making it a compliance tool. Libautech: Currency Converter, while also highly rated, lacks specific details in its description, suggesting it's a general-purpose currency converter and is likely able to convert between a broader range of currencies, unlike Euro Dual Pricing which is exclusively for BGN and EUR. The review counts suggest more merchants have actively used Libautech, indicating a broader appeal, but Euro Dual Pricing is much more targeted to a smaller segment.

Our Verdict
For Bulgarian merchants needing to comply with Euro adoption laws, Euro Dual Pricing is the clear choice due to its tailored features and guaranteed compliance. Its automatic conversion and legal formatting ensure a smooth transition. However, for merchants needing to convert between a variety of currencies and who are not specifically concerned with Bulgarian Euro adoption, Libautech: Currency Converter is potentially the better option, as its lack of specialization suggests broader functionality. The higher review count for Libautech also suggests greater market trust and reliability, although Euro Dual Pricing might not be heavily reviewed yet due to its niche audience. Therefore, it's a decision of specificity versus general functionality.
