Eurofattura ERP Italy vs Pickware ERP & WMSfor Shopify (2026)
Eurofattura ERP Italy and Pickware ERP & WMS are both ERP solutions for Shopify merchants, but they cater to very different audiences and demonstrate vastly different levels of adoption. Eurofattura ERP Italy focuses specifically on Italian e-commerce businesses needing to comply with Italian electronic invoicing regulations (SDI). Its core strength lies in automating order synchronization, invoice creation, sending invoices to the SDI, and VAT compliance specific to Italy, including OSS VAT. Pickware ERP & WMS, on the other hand, is a more general ERP and WMS solution, as suggested by its name, and has a proven track record, indicated by its perfect 5/5 rating from 16 reviews. Pickware is likely targeted towards a broader range of merchants and offers a comprehensive suite of ERP and WMS functionalities beyond just invoicing compliance. The key differentiator between the two apps lies in their geographic focus and feature set. Eurofattura's strength is its Italian-specific electronic invoicing and VAT compliance. Pickware, based on its name, likely includes warehouse management system (WMS) functionalities that Eurofattura does not. Another critical difference is the user feedback. Eurofattura lacks any reviews, suggesting it's either very new or has very low adoption. Pickware, with a perfect rating and 16 reviews, has demonstrated its value and reliability to its users. Therefore, merchant confidence in the two solutions differs dramatically. In 2026, this difference in user satisfaction and demonstrated reliability will be very important in the purchasing decisions.

Our Verdict
For Italian merchants specifically needing electronic invoicing and VAT compliance for the Italian market, Eurofattura ERP Italy is the obvious choice, assuming it functions as described. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. Merchants should thoroughly investigate Eurofattura's reliability and support before committing.
For all other merchants, especially those needing warehouse management capabilities, Pickware ERP & WMS is the far safer and potentially more comprehensive option. Its positive reviews suggest a reliable and valuable solution. If a merchant is NOT based in Italy and doesn't need SDI integration, Pickware is the recommended solution, despite its unknown feature set based on the name.
