ExOrders ‑ Return & Exchange vs Returbo: Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
ExOrders ‑ Return & Exchange and Returbo: Returns & Exchanges both aim to help Shopify merchants manage returns and exchanges, but they present vastly different profiles. Returbo: Returns & Exchanges appears to be the more established and favored app, evidenced by its significantly higher rating (5/5 versus 3/5) and substantial number of reviews (68 versus 2). This suggests a higher level of user satisfaction and wider adoption compared to ExOrders. ExOrders ‑ Return & Exchange, with its minimal user feedback, currently provides limited insight into its performance or usability. The data suggests Returbo is likely targeting a broad spectrum of Shopify merchants looking for a reliable and well-regarded returns management solution. ExOrders, on the other hand, may be suitable for smaller merchants or those willing to take a chance on a newer or less-established app, potentially offering a simpler interface or a niche feature that isn't immediately apparent from the available data. The stark difference in review volume makes it difficult to accurately compare the two beyond the available user feedback. This indicates that Returbo would be the safer and more proven bet for most merchants in 2026.

Our Verdict
Based solely on the available data, Returbo: Returns & Exchanges is the clear frontrunner. Its substantially higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews indicate a much greater level of user satisfaction and overall reliability. For the vast majority of Shopify merchants in 2026, Returbo represents the safer and more sensible choice for managing returns and exchanges.
ExOrders ‑ Return & Exchange may only be suitable for merchants with specific needs or a tolerance for risk who are willing to test a less established app, potentially hoping for a hidden gem. However, without more data or features, the low review count and rating do not inspire much confidence.
