Taggify positions itself as an auto-tagging solution specifically for customer and order data, emphasizing its utility for marketing segmentation and wholesale strategies. The app highlights its customizable rules, flexible tagging logic, and support for marketing and wholesale apps, suggesting a target audience of merchants focused on targeted marketing and efficient wholesale operations. Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Taggify ‑ Customer & Orders is the clearer choice for Shopify merchants who need to automate the tagging of customers and orders for marketing segmentation, wholesale management, or any other application relying on organized customer/order data. Its explicit focus, customizable rules, and support for other marketing and wholesale apps make it a targeted solution. Exporteo's perfect rating is encouraging, but the lack of feature information makes it impossible to determine its suitability. If a merchant requires a specialized tagging solution, Taggify is the better option. If Exporteo offers broader workflow automation that doesn't require specific tagging of customers and orders, it might be suitable for businesses that simply need help automating general, non-customer/order related tasks.
