Our Verdict
Given the limited information on Exporteo, Trustindex - Google Reviews appears to be a more compelling option for merchants specifically seeking to automate review collection across various platforms, proactively manage negative feedback, and improve their online reputation. The larger number of supported platforms and the negative review management feature give Trustindex a clear advantage. However, a risk-averse merchant who highly values a seemingly perfect rating and is OK with fewer reviews may still prefer Exporteo if its core functionality meets their basic needs. A merchant should independently investigate Exporteo and its feature set before selecting either app. It is crucial to evaluate pricing and trial periods if available.
