Our Verdict
If a merchant prioritizes a deeply integrated SMS marketing solution with exceptional personal support and focuses solely on SMS, ExpressText Connect is the better choice, especially if they are willing to overlook the low review count. However, merchants looking for a broader communication platform encompassing WhatsApp, SMS, and web push, and who are comfortable with potentially less personalized support, should opt for Hextom. The higher number of reviews for Hextom suggests a more established user base and potentially more reliable functionality, despite the slightly lower rating.
