Extendons Quantity Selector vs OrderLimitfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, merchants seeking an order limits solution on Shopify have the option of Extendons Quantity Selector and OrderLimit. Extendons Quantity Selector is positioned as a comprehensive solution that not only enforces order limits but also enhances the shopping experience with customizable quantity selectors. It aims to improve average order value (AOV), protect inventory, and boost shopper confidence through a visually appealing and functional interface. OrderLimit, on the other hand, lacks any customer validation and currently has no reviews, making it difficult to ascertain its capabilities or target audience. The primary difference lies in the maturity and validation of each app. Extendons Quantity Selector, despite having a small number of reviews, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating and concrete features such as customizable buttons, real-time alerts, and mobile responsiveness. These elements suggest a well-developed application designed for ease of use and a visually pleasing customer journey. OrderLimit currently offers no such assurances. Extendons Quantity Selector seems geared toward merchants who prioritize both functionality and aesthetic integration with their store's theme.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data in 2026, Extendons Quantity Selector appears to be the more reliable and feature-rich option. Its positive rating, concrete features, and focus on improving the overall customer experience make it suitable for merchants who are willing to invest in a more sophisticated solution. It's especially well-suited for stores that want to control inventory better, improve user experience, and potentially boost AOV.
OrderLimit, lacking any validation or detailed information, is a riskier choice. While it focuses on order limits, its effectiveness and ease of use remain uncertain. It might be suitable for very basic scenarios with technically proficient merchants willing to experiment, however it is impossible to fully recommend it at its current state. For merchants who demand proven functionality and a well-designed user interface, Extendons Quantity Selector is the clearly superior option.
