EZ Amazon Reviews Importer vs ReviewsYard — Product Reviewsfor Shopify (2026)
EZ Amazon Reviews Importer and ReviewsYard — Product Reviews take different approaches to building social proof on Shopify stores. EZ Amazon Reviews Importer focuses on rapidly populating a store with reviews sourced from other marketplaces like Amazon, Aliexpress, and Walmart, and offers AI-powered FAQ generation. This caters to merchants seeking an immediate boost to credibility and content. ReviewsYard, on the other hand, prioritizes collecting authentic reviews from their own customers post-purchase through automated email requests and incentives. Our Verdict
For merchants who are launching a new store, especially those involved in dropshipping or selling products sourced from marketplaces like AliExpress or Amazon, EZ Amazon Reviews Importer offers a compelling way to quickly populate their site with reviews and build initial trust. The AI FAQ generator is a bonus. However, the lower rating and small number of reviews are a point to consider.
ReviewsYard — Product Reviews is a better choice for established stores and brands focused on cultivating genuine customer relationships and building a sustainable stream of authentic reviews. The higher rating, significantly larger number of reviews, and focus on post-purchase automation suggest a well-regarded and effective system for gathering valuable customer feedback. While it requires more time to build up a substantial number of reviews, the authenticity and source provide greater long-term value.
