Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive checkout control solution with features beyond just order limits – particularly those concerned about fraud or needing a Terms and Conditions checkbox – EZ Checkout Controller | Rules appears to be the better option, despite the lower number of reviews. However, merchants on Shopify Plus, especially B2B stores requiring exceptionally granular control over order limits and using Checkout Extensions, would likely find MinCart - Order limits a superior choice. The higher review count for MinCart lends credibility to its stability and functionality.
Common Questions

Which app offers better integration with Shopify Plus checkout?
MinCart ‑ Order limits integrates with Checkout Extensions on Shopify Plus, a significant advantage for Plus merchants needing advanced checkout customizations. EZ Checkout Controller | Rules does not offer this functionality.
Which app is better for setting very specific order limit rules based on product variations?
