EZ Exporter ‑ Data Exports vs Mipler — Advanced Reportsfor Shopify (2026)
EZ Exporter ‑ Data Exports and Mipler — Advanced Reports both cater to Shopify merchants needing enhanced data management, but they approach the challenge from different angles. EZ Exporter focuses primarily on flexible and automated data *export*, allowing merchants to extract specific information (orders, products, customers, etc.) and deliver it to various destinations like 3PLs, ERP systems, or cloud storage. Mipler, on the other hand, centers around building custom reports and dashboards *within* Shopify, enabling merchants to visualize and analyze their store's data to gain insights into sales, finance, and customer behavior. The key difference lies in their core functionality. EZ Exporter excels at moving data *out* of Shopify for external processing or integration, offering powerful customization and automation features like calculated fields and advanced filtering. Mipler concentrates on internal data analysis and reporting, providing tools to build custom dashboards, visualize key metrics, and share insights with stakeholders. While both apps offer data export capabilities (to CSV/Excel or Google Sheets), EZ Exporter's strength resides in its broader range of export destinations and data transformation capabilities, while Mipler prioritizes creating visually compelling reports for internal use. The inclusion of an AI Assistant in Mipler suggests a focus on ease of use and accessibility for merchants who may not be comfortable building reports from scratch.
