Our Verdict
For merchants deeply embedded in Slack and primarily seeking a simple way to receive Shopify notifications in their existing workspace, EZ Notify is the clear winner. Its ease of setup and targeted functionality make it a quick win. However, if a merchant requires a more comprehensive solution for managing customer relationships, automating tasks, and improving team collaboration across various business functions, NoteDesk is the better choice. While it may have a steeper learning curve, its broader feature set offers significant potential for optimizing overall business operations. NoteDesk would be recommended if you are seeking a single place for CRM, Project management, and Task automations.
