Our Verdict
For smaller businesses or those just starting with pre-orders and back-in-stock notifications, EZ PreOrder: Presale Manager might be a suitable starting point due to its potentially simpler interface and focus on core functionality. However, the lower rating and significantly fewer reviews suggest caution. For established businesses with a larger customer base, more complex inventory management needs (e.g., multiple locations), and a desire for deeper integration with marketing tools like Klaviyo, Preorder, Back In Stock ‑ STOQ appears to be the stronger choice. The significantly higher rating and overwhelmingly positive reviews provide compelling evidence of its effectiveness and reliability. The added SMS notification features are critical for modern marketing as email inboxes become overcrowded.
