Our Verdict
For merchants needing a basic, easy-to-implement pre-order and back-in-stock solution, EZ PreOrder: Presale Manager could be a suitable choice. Its focus on essential features like partial payments and discounts makes it a quick win for simple setups. However, given the significantly higher rating and substantially greater number of reviews, Preorder | Notify Me Timesact seems to offer a more robust and positively received solution. Merchants looking for comprehensive features, including advanced order management, inventory control, and dedicated support, would likely find Timesact a better investment, despite the potential for a slightly steeper learning curve. The guided onboarding alone can be a major advantage for some.
