Ezz Cart Count vs ReelUp‑Shoppable Videos+ Reelsfor Shopify (2026)
Ezz Cart Count and ReelUp‑Shoppable Videos+ Reels are both Shopify apps aiming to enhance the shopping experience, but they do so through vastly different approaches. Ezz Cart Count, based on its name and being categorized as social proof, likely focuses on displaying cart activity or scarcity signals to encourage purchases. However, with only 5 reviews, its impact and specific feature set are unclear. ReelUp, on the other hand, is a well-reviewed app (228 reviews) designed to integrate shoppable videos, particularly from platforms like TikTok and Instagram, into a Shopify store. It focuses on visual engagement and leveraging user-generated content (UGC) to boost conversions. ReelUp provides widgets for autoplay videos, video carousels, and Instagram-style stories, promising zero impact on page load speed. ReelUp's strength lies in its comprehensive feature set for incorporating video marketing into e-commerce. It offers easy video import from popular platforms, various display options, and performance optimization. Ezz Cart Count's lack of substantial reviews and a clear feature description makes it difficult to assess its potential benefits. While both apps fall under 'social proof', they cater to different merchant needs. ReelUp is ideal for businesses looking to leverage video content for marketing and sales, whereas the specific target audience for Ezz Cart Count cannot be readily assessed based on the data. Given the data available, ReelUp presents a clearer and more established solution.

Our Verdict
ReelUp‑Shoppable Videos+ Reels is the clear recommendation for merchants looking to leverage the power of video in their online stores. Its proven track record (228 reviews), comprehensive feature set, and focus on platforms like TikTok and Instagram make it a strong contender for boosting conversions and engagement. The promise of zero impact on page load speed is a significant advantage.
Given the limited information and lack of reviews for Ezz Cart Count, it's difficult to recommend. While it might serve a purpose related to cart activity, the absence of substantial evidence makes it a less compelling option compared to the well-defined capabilities of ReelUp. Merchants considering ReelUp should evaluate whether their target audience actively engages with video content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to maximize its potential.
