Our Verdict
ShopHire Careers Page Builder is clearly aimed at merchants with active hiring needs and a desire to build a strong employer brand. Its features are extensive, addressing the entire recruitment lifecycle. While its rating is slightly lower than Ezz Cart Count, the significantly larger number of reviews (21) lends more credibility to its score. Ezz Cart Count, due to the lack of information, is difficult to evaluate effectively. However, it appears targeted at merchants seeking to enhance trust in their cart/checkout experience, which could be beneficial for increasing conversions. If you're hiring, ShopHire is the obvious choice. If you are solely focused on conversion optimization and have limited budget/time for app management, Ezz Cart Count might be worth exploring, but exercise caution due to the minimal data available.
