Ezz Cart Count vs ShopSnapfor Shopify (2026)
Ezz Cart Count and ShopSnap are both Shopify apps aiming to enhance aspects of the online shopping experience, but they tackle fundamentally different problems. Ezz Cart Count, based on limited data, focuses on improving the cart experience, though the exact nature is unknown. ShopSnap, on the other hand, centers on leveraging user-generated content (UGC) in the form of customer photos to build trust, improve conversions, and foster engagement. ShopSnap aims to help merchants collect, manage, and utilize authentic customer images across their marketing channels. The core difference lies in their value proposition. Ezz Cart Count likely improves a specific cart function, while ShopSnap enables merchants to harness the power of social proof through visual content. ShopSnap targets merchants who want to invest in building a strong brand image and trust through authentic customer feedback in the form of photos, and are willing to manage and moderate user generated content. It offers an alternative to expensive professional photo shoots and aims to provide genuine visual validation for products.

Our Verdict
The choice between Ezz Cart Count and ShopSnap hinges entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the merchant is struggling with cart abandonment or a specific cart-related issue, and if Ezz Cart Count directly addresses that, then it might be the better option. However, given the lack of information, this is difficult to assess.
ShopSnap is the better option for merchants focused on building trust and driving conversions through authentic visual content. While it requires an initial investment of time to set up the post-purchase photo submission flow and manage the submitted content, the long-term benefits of enhanced social proof and authentic brand messaging can be significant. However, new apps with zero reviews always carry a greater risk of bugs or lack of support.
