Ezz Cart Count vs Trusted Shops reviews and morefor Shopify (2026)
Ezz Cart Count and Trusted Shops reviews and more, both listed under Shopify's 'Social trust - Other' category, cater to drastically different needs. Ezz Cart Count, boasting a perfect 5/5 rating but based on only 5 reviews, likely offers a very specific, potentially niche functionality related to cart counts. We lack detail on the precise offering, but the limited reviews suggest a new or narrowly focused application. Conversely, Trusted Shops reviews and more, rated 4.3/5 based on a much more substantial 47 reviews, positions itself as a comprehensive trust-building solution, focusing on collecting customer reviews, earning a quality seal, offering buyer protection, and reaching a large European audience. Its description highlights conversion rate optimization and higher shopping carts, targeting merchants looking to improve sales through enhanced trust and credibility. The core difference lies in their value proposition. Ezz Cart Count's limited information points to a potential micro-optimization tool. Trusted Shops, however, aims for holistic trust-building through reviews, seals, and buyer protection, targeting merchants selling to European markets and seeking a recognizable brand association to enhance their online reputation and sales. The latter offers a complete ecosystem of trust elements, while the former's exact functionality remains unclear, hindering a direct feature-to-feature comparison.

Our Verdict
Trusted Shops reviews and more is the clear choice for merchants targeting European customers who are looking to build trust and credibility through established social proof and buyer protection mechanisms. Its comprehensive suite of features, including review collection, the Trusted Shops seal, and buyer protection, addresses a wide range of trust concerns.
Ezz Cart Count, with its limited information and low review count, is difficult to recommend without further insight into its functionality. It might be suitable for merchants with a specific cart-related issue that it addresses, but the lack of available information makes it a riskier choice. Merchants needing a known brand name to boost sales should use Trusted Shops.
