Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the clear choice for merchants seeking a robust and versatile survey app to enhance their marketing efforts and gain deeper customer insights. Its pre-built templates, advanced segmentation capabilities, and integration with various marketing channels offer a significant advantage. Fab Feedback Button, with its limited reviews and lack of detailed information, is difficult to recommend confidently, especially for businesses with serious data collection needs. For businesses starting with only basic survey needs and a very limited budget, Fab Feedback Button could be considered for its perfect rating, but the small sample size makes this risky. However, the feature set of Gojiberry indicates it is well worth a look.
