Fab Feedback Button vs Grapevine Post Purchase Surveyfor Shopify (2026)
Fab Feedback Button and Grapevine Post Purchase Survey both aim to enhance customer insights through surveys on Shopify. However, they target vastly different merchant segments and offer distinct capabilities. Fab Feedback Button, with its limited review count, seems positioned for smaller, potentially newer stores primarily seeking a basic feedback mechanism. In contrast, Grapevine Post Purchase Survey emphasizes scalability and deep integration with marketing and analytics tools, appealing to larger, more sophisticated businesses. Grapevine focuses on comprehensive survey solutions including post-purchase, on-site, email, and NPS surveys, aiming to deliver actionable insights at scale through unlimited responses, robust reporting, and advanced targeting. Given that this is 2026, the lower number of reviews for Fab Feedback Button suggests it is newer and possibly less established than Grapevine.

Our Verdict
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the clear choice for established Shopify stores seeking comprehensive customer insights and advanced features. Its unlimited responses, diverse survey types, powerful reporting, and integrations make it suitable for data-driven decision-making at scale. Fab Feedback Button, due to the very low number of reviews, could be a viable option only for very small businesses or new stores with extremely limited budgets, willing to take a risk on a potentially unproven app. However, the risk outweighs the possible reward; the superior review count and feature set of Grapevine Post Purchase Survey make it the stronger recommendation for most merchants.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
Without trial data, this is speculative. However, Fab Feedback Button, due to its potentially limited feature set, might have a simpler initial setup. Grapevine Post Purchase Survey may require a steeper learning curve to leverage its advanced features and integrations effectively.
Which app offers better value for money?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey's unlimited responses provide superior value for stores expecting a significant survey volume. While Fab Feedback Button's pricing is unknown, it would need to be significantly cheaper to compensate for its lack of features and reviews.
Which app integrates with my existing marketing stack?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey explicitly integrates with Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, GA4, and Google Sheets. Fab Feedback Button's integrations are unknown. The absence of documented integrations makes it unlikely to integrate seamlessly with advanced setups.
Which app is better for large-scale data analysis?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is designed for high-volume survey data analysis, offering powerful reporting features, filters, and segmentation. Fab Feedback Button's capabilities are unknown, but unlikely to match Grapevine's.
Does Grapevine support different question types within a survey?
While the description does not explicitly mention question types, given its focus on comprehensive surveys (NPS, CSAT) and advanced reporting, it is reasonable to assume Grapevine offers a variety of question types beyond basic feedback. Fab Feedback Button's question type capabilities are unknown.
