Fab Feedback Button vs Modash Influencer Marketingfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, both Fab Feedback Button and Modash Influencer Marketing occupy the 'Social trust - Other' category on the Shopify app store and boast a perfect 5/5 rating. However, a significant difference lies in the volume of reviews. Modash Influencer Marketing has garnered 10 reviews, suggesting a larger user base and potentially more real-world testing, compared to Fab Feedback Button's 2 reviews. This difference makes it risky to determine which app is better. Without feature specifics, inferring the core function of each app based on its name is essential. Fab Feedback Button likely enables merchants to collect customer feedback directly on their store, potentially improving trust by addressing customer concerns and showcasing responsiveness. Modash Influencer Marketing, conversely, focuses on leveraging influencer marketing to build social trust and drive sales by associating the brand with trusted figures. Their target merchant types are therefore fundamentally different: one focuses on internal customer satisfaction, the other on external social proof. Choosing between the two depends heavily on a merchant's specific needs. One is focused on using the feedback system to increase sales, while the other is focused on a social presence and reputation with influencers.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to directly improve customer satisfaction and product quality through feedback mechanisms, Fab Feedback Button might be a suitable choice, provided they are comfortable with a limited track record. The fewer reviews could also mean faster, personalized support as they build the app.
However, for merchants prioritizing brand awareness and sales through social media influence, Modash Influencer Marketing appears to be the stronger option, given its larger user base and apparent focus on influencer collaborations. The greater number of reviews provides a relatively higher degree of confidence in its functionality and stability.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a small business with a limited marketing budget?
It depends. If the focus is solely on improving an existing product by getting feedback directly, Fab Feedback Button could be more budget-friendly. However, if brand awareness is the priority, even a small influencer campaign through Modash could be more impactful.
How easy is it to integrate each app into an existing Shopify store?
Without specific feature information, it's difficult to assess integration complexity. One could presume that the Feedback app integrates simpler because it takes less information but more detail on the apps is needed to know the differences and time cost to implement.
What kind of support does each app offer?
This is unclear without further data. The number of reviews might hint at more robust support for Modash Influencer Marketing, but it's not a guarantee.
Which app provides a better return on investment (ROI)?
ROI depends entirely on a merchant's goals. Fab Feedback Button's ROI would be measured in improved customer satisfaction and potentially increased sales due to product improvements. Modash Influencer Marketing's ROI would be measured in brand awareness and sales generated by influencer campaigns. Thus, ROI is determined by how successful the implementation is and what the goals of the merchant are.
Are both apps GDPR compliant?
Without explicit information, it's impossible to definitively say. Merchants should verify GDPR compliance with each app provider directly before installing either app, because collecting data involves privacy compliance.
