Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing direct customer feedback gathering and seeking a potentially simpler solution, Fab Feedback Button might be the initial choice, although more reviews are desirable. Slash Customer UI appeals to merchants actively seeking to leverage social proof, increase brand visibility via order sharing, and implement dedicated testimonial and social sharing sections. However, the lack of ratings and reviews for Slash Customer UI presents a significant risk; prospective users should proceed with caution and ideally test the app thoroughly before committing to it. A new store with fewer than 50 orders might lean towards Fab Feedback Button to improve offerings based on feedback before focusing on social sharing. Larger stores might be more inclined to use the social proof functionality of Slash Customer UI to increase conversions.
