Fab Feedback Button vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Fab Feedback Button and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to provide Shopify merchants with survey capabilities, but they cater to vastly different segments. Fab Feedback Button, with its perfect 5/5 rating, appears to be in its early stages, having only 2 reviews. This suggests a niche product or a very recent release. In contrast, Zigpoll Customer Surveys, also boasting a 5/5 rating, has a substantial 417 reviews, indicating a more established presence and wider user base. Zigpoll positions itself as a comprehensive survey solution covering post-purchase, pre-purchase, NPS, on-site, email, and SMS channels, integrating AI analytics for deeper insights. The key difference lies in the scope and maturity. Zigpoll's description highlights advanced features like abandoned checkout campaigns, multilingual support, and seamless Shopify integration. These features, coupled with its AI analytics, suggest a focus on larger merchants needing detailed customer data for strategic decision-making. Fab Feedback Button's absence of detailed features points towards a simpler, potentially more basic feedback collection tool, perhaps suitable for smaller stores or those prioritizing immediate simplicity over advanced capabilities. The review count overwhelmingly favors Zigpoll as the more proven and likely reliable solution.

Our Verdict
For smaller Shopify stores or those just starting to explore customer feedback, Fab Feedback Button might provide a simple and straightforward solution, assuming its functionality aligns with basic needs. However, the very limited number of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and long-term support. For larger or growing Shopify businesses seeking a comprehensive survey solution with advanced features, AI analytics, and established user base, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear winner. Its extensive features, Shopify integrations, and high review count make it a significantly more robust and trustworthy choice for in-depth customer data collection and analysis.
