Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing personalized and direct communication with customers, specifically leveraging Facebook and Instagram Messenger for abandoned cart recovery, price drop alerts, and back-in-stock notifications, Facebook Bulk Messages DMBook might be a good fit. However, its limited number of reviews raises concerns about its stability and support in 2026. Predis- Social Media Auto Post is better suited for merchants who want to automate their general social media posting and maintain a consistent online presence across multiple platforms. Its significantly higher review count suggests greater reliability and wider adoption.
