Facebook Pixels by AdNabu vs Synctrack PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
Facebook Pixels by AdNabu and Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync are both Shopify apps categorized under 'Operations,' but they serve drastically different purposes. Facebook Pixels by AdNabu focuses on enabling Facebook advertising through pixel integration, aiming to optimize ad campaigns and track conversions. Synctrack, on the other hand, is designed to streamline PayPal and Stripe payment processing by automatically syncing tracking information. This addresses a pain point related to fund disbursement delays and disputes for merchants using these payment gateways. Synctrack boasts a higher rating (5/5) and significantly more reviews (423) compared to Facebook Pixels by AdNabu (4.9/5 with 76 reviews). This suggests a broader user base and potentially greater satisfaction with Synctrack's core functionality. The key differentiator lies in their core functionality: advertising vs. payment processing optimization. Synctrack explicitly caters to merchants seeking faster access to funds and reduced payment disputes, particularly those selling across multiple channels, including Facebook and Instagram, and using both PayPal and Stripe. Facebook Pixels by AdNabu, while valuable, targets merchants focused on Facebook advertising and conversion tracking.

Our Verdict
The choice between these apps hinges entirely on your primary business need. If your priority is optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns and tracking conversions, Facebook Pixels by AdNabu is the clear choice. However, if you're facing challenges with PayPal or Stripe payment holds, disputes, or delays in receiving funds, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is the far more relevant solution.
While Synctrack has a higher rating and more reviews, suggesting greater user satisfaction, these statistics are less meaningful without considering the distinct functionalities each app provides. A merchant focused on Facebook advertising would find Synctrack irrelevant, and vice versa. Ultimately, select the app that directly addresses your most pressing operational challenges. For businesses deeply invested in social media marketing with Facebook, Pixel by AdNabu is important. For business with significant PayPal and/or Stripe transactions, Synctrack is highly beneficial and impactful.
