Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants operating traditional retail businesses and looking to diversify their product offerings with unique, curated items from independent brands, Faire: Buy Wholesale is the superior choice. The 60-day payment terms and free returns on opening orders significantly reduce the financial risk associated with trying new products. On the other hand, for merchants interested in selling custom-designed products without the burden of managing inventory, MyDesigns: Print on Demand is the better fit. Its bulk mockup generation and publishing capabilities enable scalable sales of personalized goods. A merchant should select based on whether they want to resell existing products or sell products they design themselves and have printed on demand.
