Our Verdict
Fairing Post Purchase Surveys is best suited for larger Shopify Plus merchants who are focused on optimizing their marketing attribution and understanding customer LTV. The Shopify Plus certification and the focus on LTV analytics indicate a target audience with higher budgets and sophisticated marketing needs. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, with its broader survey options and emphasis on ease of use, is a better fit for smaller to medium-sized businesses that need a versatile and customizable survey solution to gather customer feedback across multiple touchpoints. If a merchant values a wide array of survey options and ease of setup, Zigpoll likely represents the best value. If a merchant values in-depth LTV analysis and has complex attribution questions, Fairing will likely be the best tool.
