FastGrowth Forms vs Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
FastGrowth Forms and Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder both aim to provide Shopify merchants with tools to create custom forms, but they cater to different needs and offer vastly different experiences, at least based on current user feedback. FastGrowth Forms positions itself as an easy-to-use form builder focused on drag-and-drop functionality and seamless integration with marketing platforms like Klaviyo and MailChimp. It appears targeted towards merchants seeking simple forms for subscriptions, contact information, or basic surveys. In contrast, Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder leverages AI to simplify form creation and offers advanced features like multistep forms, conditional logic, and file uploads, targeting merchants needing more complex and versatile form solutions. The key differentiator lies in the feature set and user experience. FastGrowth Forms emphasizes ease of use with its drag-and-drop interface and basic integrations. However, its extremely low rating and single review raise significant concerns about its reliability and performance. Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder, on the other hand, boasts a perfect rating and more reviews, highlighting its effectiveness in building complex forms with AI assistance, including advanced functionalities like file uploads and multi-language support. The choice between the two ultimately depends on the merchant's technical expertise and the complexity of the forms required.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a very basic, straightforward form builder with drag-and-drop functionality and simple integrations, FastGrowth Forms *might* be an option. However, the extremely low rating and single review present a significant risk. Proceed with caution and be prepared for potential issues. Given the negative signals, it is hard to recommend it.
Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is the clearly superior choice for merchants who require advanced form features such as multi-step forms, conditional logic, file uploads, and AI assistance. The perfect rating and multiple reviews indicate a higher level of customer satisfaction and reliability. While it might have a steeper learning curve, the advanced features and positive user feedback make it a much more compelling and safer option for most Shopify merchants, especially those with complex form requirements.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
FastGrowth Forms claims ease of use with its drag-and-drop interface, but its negative reviews cast doubt on this. Primy leverages AI to simplify the form-building process, although complex features inherently require more setup. Without more data, it's difficult to definitively say which is 'easier', but Primy's AI support may be a significant advantage.
Which app is better for collecting customer feedback?
Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is likely better for collecting customer feedback due to its ability to create complex survey forms and handle file uploads (e.g., images of product issues). FastGrowth Forms can create survey forms but seems limited to basic fields.
Which app offers more advanced form features?
Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder clearly offers more advanced features, including multi-step forms, conditional logic, file uploads, multi-language support, and AI assistance.
Which app integrates with more platforms?
Both apps integrate with Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Primy integrates with Google Sheets, Zapier and Shopify Customers, making it more versatile in terms of integration options.
Is FastGrowth Forms actually any good?
The 1/5 rating based on a single review suggests significant issues with FastGrowth Forms. While one review doesn't tell the entire story, it's a red flag that warrants extreme caution. Further research and potentially direct contact with the app developer would be necessary before considering it.
