FAVS Wishlist Bar vs Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlistfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between FAVS Wishlist Bar and Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist face a trade-off between a potentially simpler, dedicated wishlist solution (FAVS) and a more comprehensive loyalty and customer engagement platform (Froonze). FAVS Wishlist Bar, despite its perfect rating, has significantly fewer reviews, suggesting a smaller user base or newer entry to the market. Froonze, with its substantially larger review count, positions itself as a feature-rich solution encompassing loyalty programs, VIP tiers, referrals, and a wishlist, aiming at a more holistic approach to customer retention and sales boosting. Froonze's description highlights its ease of setup and migration from competing apps, suggesting a focus on attracting merchants already using loyalty programs or wishlists. The modular pricing (paying for only used features) offers flexibility. Furthermore, the enhanced customer dashboard and custom forms, though paid separately, hint at a more robust customer relationship management (CRM) capability. FAVS's limited information suggests a simpler, potentially more focused wishlist experience without the complexities and broader functionality offered by Froonze. Therefore, FAVS could be ideal for those only needing a wishlist. Froonze is designed for merchants looking for a full suite of loyalty tools and integrations with Shopify's native features.

Our Verdict
For merchants solely focused on providing a basic wishlist feature without needing loyalty programs or advanced customer engagement tools, FAVS Wishlist Bar might be sufficient. However, the extremely low number of reviews should encourage caution and further investigation. For merchants prioritizing customer loyalty, engagement, and a comprehensive suite of tools, Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist is the clear choice. Froonze's breadth of features, including loyalty points, VIP tiers, referrals, and integrations with Shopify's native features, positions it as a robust solution for driving repeat business and increasing customer lifetime value. The larger number of reviews lends credibility and suggests wider adoption.
While both apps have a 5-star rating, the significantly higher review count for Froonze suggests a more mature and tested product. Merchants should carefully consider their specific needs and growth plans when making a decision. If the goal is a simple wishlist with minimal complexity, FAVS might suffice, but with more features, Froonze likely offers the more comprehensive offering.
