fcon QR Biller vs Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generatorfor Shopify (2026)
fcon QR Biller and Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator both target Shopify merchants needing help with invoicing, but they focus on very different aspects. fcon QR Biller specifically caters to Swiss merchants requiring QR payment slips on their invoices. Its core value proposition is enabling customers to pay invoices quickly and securely by scanning a Swiss QR code. Key to its functionality is the direct integration into invoice layouts, requiring a Swiss bank account and online banking. Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator, on the other hand, doesn't mention specific regional payment methods. Judging from the name and category, it likely focuses on generating comprehensive PDF invoices. While fcon QR Biller highlights payment processing with QR codes, Oxilayer probably provides more general invoicing customization and automation features. A critical difference is user validation, as Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator has significantly more reviews, suggesting broader adoption and a more established reputation. Based on the limited data, Oxilayer appears to be the more general invoicing solution, while fcon is a niche solution for Swiss merchants.

Our Verdict
For a Shopify merchant operating in Switzerland and needing to integrate Swiss QR payment slips into their invoices, fcon QR Biller is the clear choice. It addresses a specific regional requirement. However, the very low number of reviews should prompt careful consideration and possibly contacting the developer for clarification on any concerns.
For any other merchant, especially those not operating in Switzerland or not needing Swiss QR codes, Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator is the better starting point due to its far greater adoption and higher number of reviews, implying potentially broader functionality and greater user satisfaction. It likely provides a wider range of general invoicing features, even though specifics are unknown.
