Our Verdict
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the superior choice for most merchants in 2026. Its higher rating and multiple positive reviews suggest greater reliability and user satisfaction. Furthermore, its robust feature set, including AI-powered form building, extensive customization options, and integrations with popular marketing platforms, provides significantly more value. FeedbackMe Button might be suitable for very small businesses or merchants seeking the absolute simplest solution for collecting general feedback, but its lack of reviews and limited features make it a risky choice compared to FormCRM. If a merchant just wants to understand why people aren't converting, FeedbackMe Button may be sufficient, but FormCRM's customizability allows a merchant to tailor the questions to understand the specific reason.
