FeedbackMe Button vs Mega Callbackfor Shopify (2026)
FeedbackMe Button and Mega Callback both fall under the 'Forms' category in the Shopify app store, but they address different aspects of customer interaction. FeedbackMe Button aims to collect customer feedback and suggestions, focusing on understanding why customers might not be converting. Its value proposition centers around increasing conversion rates by directly addressing customer concerns. Mega Callback, on the other hand, is focused on facilitating immediate communication with potential customers through a callback feature. Its aim is to increase sales by enabling merchants to promptly reach out to and engage with customers who have shown interest in their products or services. Based on available data, Mega Callback appears to be the stronger option. It has a perfect 5/5 rating with 13 reviews, suggesting that users have found it valuable. FeedbackMe Button has no reviews and therefore lacks validation. Mega Callback emphasizes building trust and creating a structured sales process, which could benefit merchants seeking to improve their brand image and sales strategies. Our Verdict
Mega Callback is currently the stronger choice due to its proven track record of positive user experiences (based on its 5/5 rating and 13 reviews). It is ideally suited for merchants who prioritize proactive customer engagement and want to establish a direct line of communication with potential buyers to close deals faster. This app is well-positioned to help businesses build trust and implement structured sales strategies.
FeedbackMe Button may be worth considering if a merchant specifically wants to understand reasons for conversion problems and collect generalized feedback. However, with zero reviews, there is no external validation of its effectiveness. A risk-averse merchant should choose Mega Callback. Merchants willing to experiment with a newer, unproven app may try FeedbackMe Button, but should be prepared to potentially encounter issues or limitations.
