FeedbackMe Button vs Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, choosing between FeedbackMe Button and Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder for Shopify merchants requires careful consideration of needs. FeedbackMe Button positions itself as the simplest solution for gathering customer feedback, emphasizing ease of installation and a floating button for easy access. Its target audience seems to be merchants struggling to understand customer conversion issues and seeking basic feedback mechanisms. On the other hand, Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder offers a comprehensive, AI-powered form building suite, designed for a wider range of form types beyond just feedback, including contact, order, and survey forms, catering to businesses needing robust data collection and integration capabilities. The most significant difference lies in the breadth of functionality and target user. FeedbackMe Button focuses on a single, specific purpose with minimal features. Primy goes far beyond simple feedback, offering advanced options like multistep forms, conditional logic, file uploads, integrations with tools like Google Sheets and Mailchimp, and AI assistance in form creation. This makes Primy appealing to merchants looking for customizable and scalable form solutions, while FeedbackMe Button might seem attractive to merchants needing the most basic and straightforward feedback option. The stark difference in user ratings also suggests differing levels of user satisfaction and reliability.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on quickly adding a basic feedback mechanism and not concerned with advanced customization or integrations, FeedbackMe Button may seem appealing due to its advertised simplicity, though the lack of reviews raises concerns. However, the absence of ratings or reviews should be a red flag.
Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is the superior choice for most Shopify merchants who need a comprehensive form-building solution. Its AI assistance, wide range of form types, integrations, and the positive user reviews make it a more reliable and versatile option. Merchants requiring features like multistep forms, conditional logic, or integration with marketing tools will find Primy significantly more valuable, even if it comes with a steeper learning curve due to its increased functionality.
