Our Verdict
For merchants struggling to understand *why* customers aren't buying, FeedbackMe Button offers a potential solution by providing a direct channel for customer feedback. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. WebPanda Contact AutoResponder, with its perfect rating and multiple reviews, is a much safer bet for merchants prioritizing customer service and automated communication. If the goal is simply to acknowledge form submissions promptly and professionally, WebPanda is the clear choice. For a merchant prioritizing understanding customer behavior and willing to take a risk on an unproven app, FeedbackMe Button might be considered. Due to the 0 rating and 0 reviews, WebPanda is generally the better recommendation.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to install?
FeedbackMe Button claims to be very easy to install, but the description for WebPanda doesn't mention difficulty. Without user reviews, it's hard to determine which is actually easier to install. WebPanda is likely easy to install as well considering it automates a standard process.
Which app will provide the fastest results?
WebPanda Contact AutoResponder provides immediate results by automatically sending confirmation emails upon form submission. The results from FeedbackMe Button depend on how quickly and effectively the merchant acts on the feedback received.
Which app offers better value for money?
Without pricing information for either app, it's impossible to determine which offers better value for money. However, given the positive reviews and specific features, WebPanda Contact AutoResponder is arguably the better value currently if price is similar.
Can FeedbackMe Button replace a dedicated customer support system?
No. FeedbackMe Button is designed for collecting suggestions and understanding customer hesitation, not for handling full-fledged customer support inquiries. It supplements but does not replace a customer support system.
Is WebPanda Contact AutoResponder compatible with third-party form builders?
The description states it works with the built-in Shopify forms, and *can* be configured for any form on your website implying compatibility, although this is unconfirmed. It requires configuration to work with 3rd party forms, while FeedbackMe button is more general.
