FeedFix | Custom XML Feeds vs Skroutz Connectfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, both FeedFix | Custom XML Feeds and Skroutz Connect aim to help Shopify merchants manage and export product feeds, but they cater to significantly different needs. FeedFix positions itself as a comprehensive solution for merchants aiming to expand their reach across numerous marketplaces, affiliate networks, and price comparison engines globally. Its strength lies in its wide range of supported platforms, multi-currency/language support, and custom feed creation capabilities. Skroutz Connect, on the other hand, is a more specialized tool focused specifically on listing products on the Skroutz price comparison engine. It prioritizes ease of use and a streamlined setup process for Skroutz integration. The critical difference lies in the scope. FeedFix offers broad market support and advanced customization for import and export, making it suitable for merchants with complex marketing strategies or those selling across diverse channels. Skroutz Connect focuses on a single platform, offering a simple and pre-configured solution. The level of customization differs significantly; FeedFix allows for tailored feeds based on need, whereas Skroutz Connect provides a pre-configured feed ready for Skroutz, including Skroutz Analytics integration. Skroutz Connect also specifically notes that it supports clients with over 100,000 items, suggesting a focus on larger catalogues even for the limited Skroutz integration.

Our Verdict
For merchants aiming to expand their reach beyond a single platform and require advanced feed customization options, FeedFix | Custom XML Feeds is the superior choice. Its support for a wide array of marketplaces and the ability to tailor feeds to specific requirements provide a significant advantage. However, for merchants exclusively focused on listing their products on the Skroutz platform and prioritizing ease of use and integration with Skroutz Analytics, Skroutz Connect is the more appropriate and cost-effective option. Its streamlined setup and pre-configured feed simplify the process of getting products listed on Skroutz, albeit with limited customizability.
Ultimately, choosing between the two depends on the merchant's marketing strategy and the importance of the Skroutz marketplace. If Skroutz is a key sales channel and simplicity is paramount, Skroutz Connect wins. If a broader approach is needed, FeedFix is the clear winner, even considering the greater initial complexity.
