Our Verdict
Feedify is a good choice for smaller businesses or those new to push notifications who want a straightforward solution focused on web push. Its simplicity and ease of use make it a good starting point. PushEngage is better suited for larger businesses, particularly Shopify Plus stores, that need a more comprehensive platform that includes WhatsApp integration, dedicated support, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels. If multichannel engagement and scalability are important, PushEngage is the clear winner.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim easy setup. Feedify emphasizes simplicity in push creation, while PushEngage touts one-click installation. Without further data, it's difficult to definitively say which is easier, but Feedify's focused approach might be slightly simpler for beginners.
Which app offers better support?
PushEngage explicitly mentions dedicated support for Shopify Plus stores, giving it an advantage for larger merchants requiring premium assistance. Feedify does not mention any specific support details.
Which app is better for recovering abandoned carts?
Both apps offer abandoned cart recovery. PushEngage provides the added benefit of using WhatsApp for reminders, potentially leading to higher recovery rates compared to Feedify's web push-only approach.
Which app is more scalable?
PushEngage, with its multichannel capabilities and dedicated support for Shopify Plus stores, is likely more scalable for growing businesses. Feedify's limitations on subscribers (if the stated impression limit applies to the free tier only) may become a bottleneck for larger stores.
