Feedyio: Product XML Feeds vs Zoko: WhatsApp CRMfor Shopify (2026)
Feedyio: Product XML Feeds and Zoko: WhatsApp CRM are two distinct Shopify apps catering to different needs within the e-commerce landscape. Feedyio focuses on streamlining product catalog management and distribution across various online shopping platforms and marketplaces. Its strength lies in automating the creation and synchronization of product feeds in multiple formats (XML, CSV, TXT) and its integration with Shopify Markets for multilingual and multicurrency support. It targets merchants looking to expand their reach through advertising and price comparison sites like Google Shopping, Facebook, Pinterest, Heureka, Zbozi.cz, and Arukereso. On the other hand, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM is focused on customer relationship management through WhatsApp, which means it is not directly comparable to Feedyio because it handles direct communication with customers. Feedyio's value proposition centers around simplifying a complex task for merchants who need to manage product listings across multiple channels. The app provides predefined templates and customization options, allowing merchants to adapt their product data to specific platform requirements. Zoko focuses on improving customer service, sales, and marketing efforts through WhatsApp, enabling direct interactions and personalized communication. Feedyio has fewer reviews (87) compared to Zoko (248) but a slightly higher rating (5/5 vs 4.7/5), although these numbers should be considered together. One app helps sell through third-party marketplaces; the other helps sell directly to your customers by using WhatsApp for CRM.
