Feesly: Surcharge & Fees (POS) vs GJ Bulk Price Editorfor Shopify (2026)
Feesly: Surcharge & Fees (POS) and GJ Bulk Price Editor cater to distinctly different needs within the Shopify pricing category. Feesly focuses on managing point-of-sale surcharges and fees, providing a mobile POS-centric solution for applying fixed or percentage-based charges. Its strength lies in its simplicity and direct integration with POS devices, making it suitable for businesses that need to easily add fees to in-person transactions. It is important to note that this app *only* works on POS devices, which significantly limits its applicability. GJ Bulk Price Editor, on the other hand, targets merchants needing comprehensive control over their product pricing strategy across their entire Shopify store. It empowers users to adjust prices in bulk using various filters like product name, collections, tags, and even CSV files. With features like scheduling, previewing, and instant rollback, it's a powerful tool for implementing sales, staying competitive, and managing pricing adjustments based on cost-per-item. Therefore, its target audience is businesses which need to update pricing on several products at once.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on brick-and-mortar sales and needing a solution for automatically adding fees or surcharges to their point-of-sale transactions, Feesly: Surcharge & Fees (POS) is the clear choice. However, its functionality is limited to POS devices.
If the merchant's primary focus is on online sales and they require a robust tool for managing and updating prices across their entire Shopify store, especially during sales or seasonal promotions, GJ Bulk Price Editor is the superior option. The ability to filter, schedule, and roll back changes provides a level of control that Feesly cannot match. If a merchant had *both* needs, they would need to buy *both* apps, as they do not overlap in functionality.
