Our Verdict
For merchants looking to add a wholesale channel to their existing Shopify store and who need to manage B2B customer accounts and orders efficiently, Fena Wholesale B2B App is the more relevant choice. However, be aware of the need for custom theme integrations and onboarding support.
Nivoda Connect is the clear winner for jewelers specifically looking to expand their diamond and gemstone offerings without needing to manage their own inventory. The access to the Nivoda platform and its inventory provides a significant advantage. The high rating and relatively higher number of reviews suggest greater user satisfaction within its target niche.
