Our Verdict
Fera is a better choice for merchants already selling on other platforms like Etsy or AliExpress and want to easily import their reviews to Shopify, as it leverages cross-platform review syncing to build trust quickly. Its larger number of reviews also suggests a more mature app with a wider user base. Rapid Reviews is ideal for merchants who prioritize website speed and advanced search capabilities within their reviews section, such as those with large catalogs where filtering is essential. Its direct Gmail/Yahoo review request feature is also a unique selling point. Rapid Reviews could also be better for international merchants due to its wider language support.
