File Manager ‑ Custom Folders vs Logifyfor Shopify (2026)
File Manager - Custom Folders and Logify, both listed under the 'Operations - Other' Shopify category, address distinct needs for merchants. File Manager - Custom Folders, despite having limited reviews, currently boasts a significantly higher rating of 3.7/5 compared to Logify's 2.2/5. Logify positions itself as a real-time activity tracking and admin logging solution, aiming to provide merchants with oversight of their store operations, staff actions, and critical incidents. Its focus is on monitoring and alerting for changes within the Shopify admin and store environment. In contrast, although lacking detailed feature information in the provided data, we can infer that File Manager - Custom Folders likely helps merchants to organize their files in a more structured way, considering the title. Given the very similar number of reviews (3 each), the difference in ratings is likely a key deciding factor for most merchants. Logify focuses on security and activity logging, potentially targeting larger stores needing audit trails and real-time monitoring. File Manager aims for better file management and improved organization, potentially better suited for smaller stores that don't have many files to organize and aren't concerned about activity logging and alerting.

Our Verdict
Given the low review counts for both apps, it's hard to make a definitive recommendation based purely on the data. However, Logify's significantly lower rating raises concerns that merchants should carefully evaluate before adoption. If a merchant is looking to simply organize files, File Manager is likely a more viable option as the high rating suggest customers are happy with its simple function. If a merchant's priority is comprehensive activity tracking, staff logs, and real-time alerts, Logify *could* be considered, but the lower rating suggests thorough research and trial period use are strongly advised to verify it meets their needs. Given the ratings, File Manager ‑ Custom Folders appears to be the safer and likely better choice for most merchants.
