Our Verdict
SC Customer Tagging appears to be a significantly more mature and positively reviewed app. If a merchant's primary need is customer segmentation, targeted marketing, and automated workflows, SC Customer Tagging is the clear choice. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and feature set geared towards automation and integration with other platforms make it a strong contender. File Manager ‑ Custom Folders, with its limited reviews and unspecified feature set, is much harder to recommend without further information. It might be suitable for smaller merchants with basic file management needs, but its overall value proposition is less clear.
