Our Verdict
For merchants whose core requirement is accepting file uploads from customers with specific restrictions on file types or image dimensions, File Upload by Uploadery is the better choice. Its focused feature set and USA-based support make it easier to set up and manage file uploads efficiently. However, if a merchant needs a wide range of customization options, including color swatches, variant images, conditional logic for options, and more, then SC Product Options is the superior choice. Its comprehensive feature set caters to complex customization needs, despite possibly requiring a steeper learning curve. SC Product Options is likely more suitable for stores with larger product catalogs and greater customization requirements.
