Our Verdict
If your primary need is to simply allow customers to upload files for products with minimal customization requirements (e.g., printing photos on mugs or allowing customers to submit logos), File Uploads by UploadKit is the more straightforward and potentially easier-to-manage option. Its Google Drive integration is a significant advantage for streamlined order fulfillment. However, if you aim to provide customers with extensive visual customization options, pre-made templates, and advanced design tools, Qstomizer is the better choice, despite potentially having a steeper learning curve. The higher rating and review count suggest a generally positive user experience.
