Finaloop vs Itsperfect Fashion ERPfor Shopify (2026)
Finaloop and Itsperfect Fashion ERP represent distinct approaches to managing Shopify businesses, though both touch upon inventory management. Finaloop positions itself as an all-in-one accounting solution tailored for e-commerce, offering bookkeeping services coupled with real-time software. Their strength lies in providing accurate financial statements, inventory tracking, and founder-focused dashboards. Itsperfect Fashion ERP, conversely, focuses on providing a complete ERP solution specifically designed for fashion brands, managing processes from product design to sales across multiple channels. The key difference lies in their scope and target audience. Finaloop aims to streamline accounting and financial reporting for general e-commerce businesses. Itsperfect Fashion ERP, however, is niche-focused, offering specialized features like Product Lifecycle Management and social audit reporting that cater to the specific challenges faced by fashion brands. Another crucial distinction is that Finaloop includes a service component, with expert accountants managing the bookkeeping, while Itsperfect Fashion ERP is purely a software solution.

Our Verdict
Finaloop is the better choice for e-commerce merchants who prioritize accurate financial reporting, inventory management, and a hands-off bookkeeping solution. Its strengths lie in providing reliable financial data and founder-focused dashboards. Its inclusion of a full-service accounting team offers a significant advantage for merchants lacking internal expertise or time.
Itsperfect Fashion ERP, on the other hand, is specifically tailored for fashion brands requiring a comprehensive ERP system to manage all aspects of their business, from product design to sales. While it lacks user reviews currently, its niche focus and feature set could be beneficial for fashion companies with specific needs like Product Lifecycle Management and social audit reporting. However, the lack of reviews introduces risk.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for someone with no accounting background?
Finaloop is likely easier due to its full-service bookkeeping component. Their team handles the accounting, so the merchant may not need deep accounting knowledge. Itsperfect Fashion ERP requires users to operate the ERP system themselves.
Does Finaloop handle production or manufacturing costs?
Finaloop focuses on inventory syncing and calculating COGS, which could include some production costs depending on how inventory is tracked. However, it doesn't explicitly state support for detailed production or manufacturing cost accounting like an ERP would.
Can Itsperfect Fashion ERP integrate with other Shopify apps?
The description states 'out-of-the-box connections', implying integrations. However, no specific integrations are listed. It's best to inquire directly about compatibility with specific Shopify apps.
Is Finaloop suitable for a dropshipping business?
Finaloop's inventory sync functionality might be less relevant for a pure dropshipping business, as they don't hold inventory. However, their accounting services and financial dashboards could still provide value in managing income and expenses.
What happens if I don't like Itsperfect Fashion ERP? Is there a trial period?
The app listing does not mention a trial period or any guarantee. You would need to contact Itsperfect directly to inquire about a trial or refund policy. Given the lack of reviews, exercising caution is advised.
