Finaloop vs Stockyfor Shopify (2026)
Finaloop and Stocky, while both touching on inventory, cater to fundamentally different Shopify merchant needs. Finaloop positions itself as a complete accounting solution with expert-driven service and real-time financial dashboards specifically designed for e-commerce and multichannel brands. It offers full-service bookkeeping, tax-ready financials, and advanced inventory sync for accurate COGS calculation. Stocky, on the other hand, focuses solely on inventory management, specifically within the context of a brick-and-mortar retail business utilizing Shopify POS Pro. Stocky provides tools for purchase order management, stocktaking, and inventory reporting to optimize stock levels and improve profitability in physical stores. The distinction lies in Finaloop's comprehensive financial management focus versus Stocky's targeted inventory optimization for POS Pro users. While Finaloop aims to give founders financial visibility with expert accountant support, Stocky aims to maximize retail profits by leveraging the best product mix. The ideal choice depends on whether you need a complete accounting service that includes robust inventory management or a targeted, Shopify POS-integrated inventory management tool.

Our Verdict
For e-commerce and multichannel businesses requiring comprehensive accounting services alongside inventory management, Finaloop is the clear winner. Its integration of expert accountants, real-time financial dashboards, and tax-ready reporting make it suitable for businesses seeking holistic financial oversight. Stocky, however, is ideally suited for brick-and-mortar retailers utilizing Shopify POS Pro who need to optimize their inventory decisions, streamline in-store stocktaking, and manage purchase orders seamlessly within their POS system.
While Stocky has more reviews, the lower rating suggests some users have found it lacking in certain areas. This combined with it's limited function outside of POS Pro makes Finaloop the better option for larger or online first retailers.
