Fintouch:Omni Growth Engine vs Kite Discount, Free Gift, BOGOfor Shopify (2026)
Fintouch:Omni Growth Engine and Kite Discount, Free Gift, BOGO are both Shopify apps in the 'Promotions - Other' category, but they cater to different promotional strategies and target audiences. Fintouch positions itself as an AI-powered omnichannel solution, emphasizing engaging campaigns across various channels like EDM, SMS, and social media bio links. Its strength lies in its extensive template library and AI-driven personalization. Kite Discount, Free Gift, BOGO, on the other hand, focuses on core discount functionalities such as BOGO, free gifts with purchase, and tiered discounts, alongside progress bars to incentivize spending. The primary difference lies in their approach to promotions. Fintouch aims for broad reach and engagement through diverse channels using AI and a large template selection, potentially appealing to merchants focused on brand building and omnichannel marketing. Kite Discount, Free Gift, BOGO, with its established user base and strong rating, is targeted at merchants primarily interested in increasing sales through tried-and-true discount strategies and cart-level incentives. The provision of a dedicated growth expert in Fintouch suggests a higher-touch onboarding and support experience, which contrasts with the seemingly more self-service approach of Kite.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a robust, proven solution to implement standard discount strategies such as BOGO offers and free gifts, Kite Discount, Free Gift, BOGO is the clearly recommended option due to its high rating, numerous reviews, and focus on core discounting functionality. Its progress bar feature is also a significant advantage for incentivizing customers.
However, Fintouch:Omni Growth Engine might be a viable option for merchants willing to take a risk on a new app and prioritize comprehensive omnichannel marketing and brand engagement. The AI-powered features and dedicated growth expert could be valuable, but the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its effectiveness and reliability. Merchants who need a high-touch, templated promotional solution may find Fintouch appealing, but should approach with caution and thoroughly test the app before committing.
