Our Verdict
Based on available data, KwikPass appears to be a more established and reliable option given its 5-star rating and 72 reviews, indicating a positive user experience. It is well-suited for merchants primarily focused on simplifying the login process, capturing visitor data for re-targeting, and reducing exit intent. Fintouch, while promising AI-driven omnichannel promotions and a large number of templates, lacks user reviews, making it a riskier choice, but potentially rewarding.
For merchants seeking a robust, proven solution for user identification and popup engagement, KwikPass is the clear winner. For those who want comprehensive promotional tools and are comfortable taking a risk on a newer app that offers AI-driven personalization and a dedicated growth expert, Fintouch might be worth exploring if they are open to being early adopters and providing feedback. However, the lack of any reviews for Fintouch is a major red flag.
