Fintouch:Omni Growth Engine vs Rimix Product Badges & Labelsfor Shopify (2026)
Fintouch:Omni Growth Engine and Rimix Product Badges & Labels offer vastly different solutions for Shopify merchants in 2026, despite both falling under the 'Promotions - Other' category. Fintouch positions itself as an AI-powered, omnichannel growth engine, focusing on AI-driven personalized promotions across various channels like stores, email, SMS, and social media bio links, leveraging a large template library. Its target audience appears to be merchants seeking comprehensive promotional tools and personalized customer engagement strategies with a focus on expanding reach. Rimix Product Badges & Labels, in contrast, concentrates on a more focused feature set – creating and managing product badges to highlight specific product attributes, promotions, or sales. The primary difference lies in their scope. Fintouch aims to be a holistic growth platform, offering AI-driven personalization and omnichannel campaign management. Rimix, conversely, specializes in visual merchandising through the use of product badges. The choice between the two hinges on whether a merchant needs a comprehensive promotional suite or a simple and effective solution for visually highlighting product features and promotions directly on the product pages. Furthermore, Rimix Product Badges & Labels boats a strong 5-star rating with 22 reviews while Fintouch has no reviews at all, indicating a significant difference in adoption and possibly customer satisfaction.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, AI-driven promotional platform with omnichannel capabilities, Fintouch:Omni Growth Engine might be appealing, provided they are willing to be early adopters given the lack of reviews. However, its unproven track record is a significant risk. If the goal is to visually enhance product pages with badges to highlight specific attributes, promotions, or sales, Rimix Product Badges & Labels is the clear winner due to its excellent rating, existing user base, simple features, and dedicated support. The 'Build for Shopify' certification also provides an added layer of trust and compatibility assurance. Thus, the safe recommendation is Rimix, unless you're a merchant comfortable taking risks with unproven apps.
