Our Verdict
For merchants requiring a comprehensive solution to import and export all types of data (products, customers, orders) across multiple platforms and file formats with automation features, Firebear Import & Export Tool may be suitable, provided they are comfortable with a lower rating and limited reviews. However, the lack of positive feedback is a major concern.
For merchants primarily focused on enhancing their product pages and overall storefront with custom data using metafields, and valuing ease of use with a strong community and positive feedback, Metafields Guru is the clear recommendation. The high rating and large number of reviews indicate a reliable and user-friendly experience. Given the difference in rating and reviews, Metafields Guru appears to be the safer and more effective choice for its specific purpose.
