Our Verdict
For merchants looking for a focus on SMS and web push automation with detailed campaign management and tracking, Firepush appears to be a strong choice. If a business needs to use WhatsApp as part of its customer engagement strategy, Hextom is preferable. Based solely on the data, a merchant wanting to experiment with WhatsApp as a key channel would find Hextom more suitable. While Hextom boasts a higher review count, Firepush's slightly higher rating suggests a potentially better user experience, though more data is needed for a conclusive judgement. A business that only needs SMS and web push, with a streamlined setup, might benefit more from Firepush due to simplicity.
